For account help, bug reports, privacy questions, or product feedback, contact the Kindred team by email.
When you contact support
Please include the email address for your Kindred account, the device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include private details about your contacts unless needed for the support request.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the Kindred app. Open Me, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation flow.
Privacy and safety
Kindred is designed so relationship content is encrypted before sync. Support cannot read your encrypted contacts, notes, transcripts, or relationship history from the server.
Feedback
You can also send feedback directly from the app by opening Me and choosing Share Feedback.
